At Elanté Arabia, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality across all our services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted:
1. General Policy
All purchases made through Elanté Arabia are considered final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below and are subject to management review and approval.
2. Event Services & Bookings
For event-related services (including rentals, activations, and on-site experiences):
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and preparation costs already incurred.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
If Elanté Arabia is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered at the company’s discretion.
3. Customized & Branded Services
All customized, branded, or made-to-order services (including bespoke event setups, branded coffee experiences, or tailored installations) are non-refundable, once production or preparation has commenced.
4. Digital Products & Service Packages
Any digital products, downloadable materials, or pre-paid service packages are non-refundable once access has been granted or services have begun.
5. Force Majeure
Elanté Arabia shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
