Elante Arabia provides rental of printing and coffee machines for event purposes. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a rental.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.

3. Use of Equipment

• Rented equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was delivered.

• Damage or loss during the rental period may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, venue access issues).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including branding, graphics, and text, is owned by Elante Arabia and may not be reused without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
